Alien card for China work permit

I am an Indian living in Seoul. I have Alien Card with validity of less than 6 months? Even then can I apply for China work permit from Seoul?

Has rule not changed yet. Because rules get changed time to time so I was wondering if this rule also changed. Please reply

No, I have not heard of any change on this. You'd better contact a travel agency for the latest information.
