About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

What type of visa do I have to apply if I have a job offer frm a Chinese company in below situation?

I'm a Sri Lankan student just graduated from a Chinese mainland university with a BEng (4 years). My current student visa is expiring on 30th of July. A Chinese company is offering me a job and soon they are going to start the training. What type of visa do I have to apply for? And what are all the documents needed? As I'm still in China, do I have to go back to Sri Lanka to change the visa or can I do it in Sri Lankan embassy in Beijing?
Thank You!
