Where to get on the Xihu battery car in Hangzhou

Hi, I am planning a one day (from morning till evening) trip from Shanghai to Hangzhou this summer with some friends and we will arrive at Hangzhou railway station. I read about the Xihu battery bus. this sounds really good but where do i get on that bus? and how to get there from Hangzhou railway station? And do you have any more tips for spending the day in Hangzhou? Some sightseeing places near the railway station cause we need to take the train back in the evening. Thank you in advance
