How many days ur embassy takes to attest each paper like we have 6 pages to be attested

to whom it may concern!
sir i have completed my mbbs in jilin china i want to ask u that how many days ur emmbassy takes to attest each paper like we have 6 pages to be attested .... can we get the papers attested on the spot or do we have to wait for some days??
and exactly ow many days and alos plz tell me how much it will cost me to attest one page?? and are we coming directly to embbasy ?or submit our papers through foreign affair office?
