Shanghai - Hong Kong - or Bagien

What is Shanghai known for?...in other words what are some of the must see while there for a short time?
How should I travel (means of transportation) to different places while there?
Any tips on resonable hotels or places to stay while there? thanks

1. Actually, there are many attractions in Shanghai which are generally classified into modern sites, historical and cultural sites, museums and others. Among these attractions, the Bunds, Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl Tower, Yuyuan Garden and some others cannot be missed, especially the bunds and the Pearl Tower.
2. There are sight-seeing buses in service. The buses pass many attractions of Shanghai. So it is really a nice choice.
3. Since you wanna a short trip, I advise you stay in the hotels near the Bunds, Huangpu District.
