About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

If I register a company in HK , can I apply china working visa and work in china?

I don't think you can do that, since Hk and mainlan China have different immigration regulations and rules.

So sorry to tell you ,it is NO.but if you want to stay in China mainland,the way of applying the working Z are this:1 you have office or company in mainland,then you can apply. 2 there is a company there which wants to hire you,in this condition you can apply the Z too.
also you can get F/L type and then do the extension.you can stay for long time in this way!
