does anyone know how to get to the korean consolate in chengdu ?

the personel just told me to get a taxi from the train station going to the korean consolate . I dont want to experience the same thing happened to me in beijing last year. The taxi charged me 250 ,from beijing zhan to korean embassy ,, when i returend back ,I only spent 2 yuan in the subway. This time i need to go the korean consolate in chengdu .. there must be an easier way /cheaper way not to get ripped off by a taxi driver . can any one tell me thru my mobile 13618336957. thanks a lot
