I wana visit to china.
your question: do you have medical insurance covering your visit in china ?
my reply : no. ( is it acceptable in china embassy)

in case of tourist visa is it necessary : china local company invitation letter and china local goverment invitation letter?

If for private visit to China, I don't think the china local company invitation letter and china local goverment invitation letter are necessary, but it all depends on the visa officers in the Embassy of China in Bangladesh. You'd better confirm this with them directly by 880-2-8856064 during 15:00-17:00 from Sunday to Thursday except holidays.
