Transit Visa Online Status for Hong Kong

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please can you guide me how can I check my transit visa grant status online. I have applied this visa on 13th of June, 2012 but I could not get the visa yet. However, my flight to via Hong Kong is on 14th of July. Therefore, how can I make sure to get the transit visa before my flight.

Note : the receipt that China Embassy in Jeddah gave me has the following numbers on it. (24539513 and stamp no on receipt is 1200018).
