Your home is in New South Wales, right? So, you need to apply from CVASC in Sydney. For visa application by post, you need to include a self-addressed and postage-paid Australia Post's Express Post envelope together with your application using Australia Post Express Post Service.
Sorry, I am not 100% sure that is it ok if you request to send your visa and passport to your daughter's address since it under Brisbane consulate, so better consult directly with the Center at 61-2-94758800 or 61-2-94758888.
