About:Hangzhou Attractions

Xitang transportation and stay

We'll be arriving at Shanghai Pudong Airport around evening time? If taking the taxi from airport to Xitang, how much would it cost? Is it safe to have taxi arriving Xitang in the evening time? We have two boys, any place you can recommend in the town for a family of 4 people, as I heard most places are very small?

The taxi costs is approximately CNY400. It is expensive. I suggest you stay on night in Shanghai. Then go to Shanghai South Bus Station the next morning. There are buses running from the bus station to Jiashan. Upon arrival at Jiashan, you will find many buses to Xitang.

Oh, as to the accommodation, do not worry much about it. You can easily find a nice hotel for your family in Xitang.
