About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

List of doctors/hospitals to have the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners completed

Where can I obtain this list? Also, do I need to apply for the work visa here in Canada or may I apply in Hong Kong? It will be my first time working in China.

You can get the list at the embassy or consulate frontier. You can choose either to apply in Canada or in Hongkong, but applying in Canada is much more convenient. Good luck!
