About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Just Register marriage with my China wife, can i apply for China PR or Green Card?

Hi, i am Singaporean. I just register Marriage with my Wife who is from Dalian, Can i apply for China PR now?
I plan to go China and set up my own Company too.

Applying Chinese PR is very difficult as China does not admit dual citizenship. I suggest you to apply at the local Entry & Exit Department either a family visit visa that is valid for one year at most or a residence permit that is valid for one or two years. The residence permit does not have limits on the number of entry and exit as long as the permit is valid.

Thanks so much for ur reply, can i apply for this family visit or residence permit at the china embassy at singapore?
Lastly, u will saying dual citizenship, but what if i would to give up my singapore citizenship?

No, you can enter China first and apply for the family visit visa/residence permit at her local PSB.
For China PR application, there are many restrictions, giving up your former citizenship is only one of them. If you are really interested in it, you'd better find yourself a lawyer.
