If your husband is working in China, he must have a China work visa, so you may just apply for a dependent China work visa based on his. After you enter China, you can apply for a residence permit from the local immigration office within 30 days of your entry. The Residence permit is usually valid for 1-2 years, during which, you can enter and exit China as you will with the permit.
