if there would be any issues in getting visa for my daughter because of surname change?

I am Malavika Nandhikonda.Got married to Tirupathi Erravalli.I have a small query regarding the visa for my daughter.
Actually my name in my passport and my husband's passport is as mentioned(malavika nandhikonda).
But in my daughter's passport,my name is mentioned as malavika erravalli.I am applying for a dependent visa to go to China.Me and my husband are working in same company. Can anyone tell me if there would be any issues in getting visa for my daughter because of surname change. Please suggest how to proceed further.

You need to get a name change certificate first before applying for the visa to China.
