Is it possible citizen of Lao PDR holding Lao passport to get visa on arrival at MFM airport?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a citizen of Lao PDR who will travel for a meeting in Macau. We have contacted with Chinese Embassy in Vientiane, we were informed that we can get the Entry visa on arrival, is it possible? And what is the fee that I have to pay?
Your reply will be highly appreciated.
Thank you and best regards,
Seng

Hi, personally I think you need to apply and pay for the VOA again. Just for reference.
