About:Chinese Embassy in Czech Republic

I am an Ivorian, I have a permanent stay in Czech Republic

I am going in a Month and would like to stay 5 days in Hong Kong, Can I apply also Hong Kong Visa in the Embassy?
What documents I needs for both mainland and Hong Kong Visa?

Yes, you can apply both visas to mainland and HK from the embassy in Czech Republic. The documents required are your passport and copy of its personal information page, application form V2011A and V2011B, photos attached to the forms, HK application from, return ticket and hotel reservations, Permanent residence permit in Czech Republic, Travel itinerary if any both to HK and China.
