Hi, you need the following documents:
1. Copies of your father's passport information page, his China residence permit/Z visa, and an invitation letter by a Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by an authorized Chinese agency (The two documents is the same with the ones you father use to apply Z visa)
2. proof of kinship: birth certificate
3. Medical check report;
4. Completed visa application form (V2011A and V2011B) with recent passport sized photos;
5. Your valid original passport with blank pages.0
