my airline from dubai to manila is air china and the stopover is beijing on june 14 and going to manila is on june 16..so what i did is ..i bought another ticket going to manila via cebu pacific that will depart june 15 1am.the problem is ..i will be in terminal 3 on my arrival in beijing but i have to go to terminal 2 on my departure ..do i need a visa ?
