What are my requirements,how long does it take for a visa to be issued

Hi I am a zimbabwean woman married to a Namibian man i have a temporary residence permit that is renewed every year but it is expiring in august and I want to travel in July to china I can't go zim coz I have kids here and my husband is here to. How can you help me
