The article on this site has detailed introduction about how to get your marriage registered in China, you need to get a Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade , as well as your birth certificate. These papers should be translated into Chinese, notarised according to the law of the local jurisdiction, then, complete the Application for Authentication of Notarisation form at the local Chinese Consulate. With these in hand, you can come to China and register your marriage at her city.
For your question about get married in Australia, you'd better contact your immigration department for details.
