About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am Malaysian and can I apply visa here as I'm going fm S'pore to Haikou

Haikou can issue 30 days visa on arrival to all tour groups to Hainan and aliens who go to Hainan for sightseeing, family visit or business. I suggest you to apply visa on arrival in Haikou.
