Tracking passports

I'm a chinese mum who applied for two tourist visas for my two children. Both children are british passports holders. I've applied through an agent called 'Alfifa' in Dhahran on 30th May. It's shows they've been sent to chinese embassy on 3th June. But till now, they still not come back. The agent overcharged me as saudi citizen for the two passports and the man at office said that's it. I've sent them email for tracking my passports, no answer. And I've been ring them many times and never answer. So can you help me to find out where are my passports? Are they still in the embassy or have been picked up? My children's names are John Frederick Wallace (Male, passport no.707494644) and Fiona Catherine Wallace (Female,707494643for) . thanks!
