Dear sir/madam, it is possible if ill try to apply in hong kong visa, how many months of that? and also how much? and i want to know what the papers they need it? if ill go there in chinese embassy?

I'm just confused by you. Filipino passport holders are exempt from visa to Hk for less than 14 days for sightseeing, visiting families, minor business and some other personal affairs. May I know your travel purpose to Hk first? The papers and visa fee may vary a lot from different travel purposes.Another question, do you mean the visa processing time or the regular duration approved on the Hk visa?
