About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

I want to travel to Japan as tourist & w/valid China work visa. I'm Phillipine passport holder.

Where can I apply for visa and do i need to do it personally or can go to agency?

Which city of China are you living in now? Embassy and consulate of Japan in China have their appointed travel agencies to deal with the visa issues.
