What are additional requirements to obtain a Tourist Visa with a Mexican Passport?

My dad and I have US passports. We're planning on visiting my sister who resides in Shanghai. My mom does have a green card as well as a Mexican Passport to live in the US legally. Is she suppose to fill out any additional forms? If so, do you know which ones? Having trouble finding any information about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
