CHANGE OF VISA EXPIRY DATE FOR TRAINING IN CHINA

We have obtained a 60 day training visa for 35 trainees to China and they have expired by now because of the reschedule in the training date. Anyway we have NOT yet entered China. How can we renew the visa according to the latest schedule with normal procedure and fees or start all over again with the process?
