About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I only have my new passport and postal ID. Do you think I can have a tourist visa?

I only have my new passport, postal id, NBI, birth certificate ( Don't have any digitized government IDs) Though I have the necessary documents from my sponsor in china. I have a small business here, so I considered myself as self employed. But I don't have business permit nor TIN id and latest ITR. Do you think I can have a tourist visa and they would not ask any of my IDs such as Voter's ID, SSS, or even Driver's License?

It's hard to say. I advise you contact the visa office directly to get a cofirmed answer about this before submitting your visa application in order to get the visa successfully. The officers in the visa office have the final say to this.
