I only have my new passport and postal ID....

I only have my new passport, postal id, NBI, birth certificate and other necessary documents from my sponsor in china. I have a small business here, so I considered myself as self employed. But I don't have business permit nor TIN id and latest ITR. Do you think I can have a visa and they wouldn't ask for my id's such as TIN?
