I´m a Swedish exchange student. I´m planing to visit a friend in Shanghai for 3 days and after that will I fly back to my home country (I will leave my ARC at Incheon when I leave for Shanghai). My ARC will expire within 6 monts, can I still apply for a transit visa?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry, i am afraid not. You'd better contact a local travel agency for the latest information. Or is that possible for you to make a trip to Japan or Hong Kong? it would be easy for you to apply there.
