Where and how can I renewel my Hong Kong SAR Passport in Vancouver? It's expired last month.

You can submit your application for HK SAR passport renewal to Chinese consulate in Cancouver.
Their working hours: 9:00-13:00, 14:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday

Documents needed are generally as follows:
1. Application form for HK SAR passport (ID845) and copy;
2. Payment form （ID853）and copy；
3. 3 passport photos，50mm*40mm;
4. Your current HK ASR passport and copy；
5. If you have already get Canadian citizenship, you need to provide your original Canadian passport and copy of the first page; original Citizenship Card and copy; original and copy of Record of Landing.1
