Rush Visa Needed - American Citizen in Japan

Hello,

I was denied entry to a flight to China today as I did not have a Visa. I am an american on vacation in Japan, and was intending on spending my final few nights in Beijing. Now that I've missed my flight, I'd like to get a Visa as quickly as possible but the embassy in Osaka is closed. Is there anyone else who can help me same day? Please help!!!
