About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

hi. can we lodge our application direct to the chinese consulate to avoid the cvasc's $38.50 fee?

Hi,Sal, I am afraid not. The CVASC is handling the visa application process and collect money on the behalf of the Chinese consulate. Chinese consulate does not accept applications from applicants, so you can only lodge to the CVASC with the extra $38.50.
