Hi, you should apply a L visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. The following documents need to be prepared before you submit your application:
1.Your valid passport with a validity of more than 6 months and with enough blank visa page;
2.Visa Application Form;
3.Your recent photo (1*2)
4.Valid invitation letter issued by your brother's school;
5. If you are a third coutry citizen in Ukraine, your resident permit is needed.
