getting visa in malaysia

i am a filipino i want to go in malaysia as a tourist during my stay i want to go in china can i get a visa because i want to apply there because i dont want to go in manila and there is issue now between philippines and china,

no you cannot , you must apply in Manila

Hi, Gina, applying Chinese visa in Malasia requires permanent residence or work permit.Since you are only a visitor there, I am afraid that you can not apply in Malaysia.
