About:China Work Visa

Will I be eligable for a Z visa as a family member?

My (French) girlfriend has been offered a job in China, and I plan to acompany her there. We are not married but have live together for 2 years. Will I be eligable for a Z visa as a family member?

Hi, Dan, since to get a Z visa as a family member requires relationship proof, such as marrige certificate. I am afraid that you can not get a Z visa this way. You can first apply a L visa to China, and search jobs in China. Provided you have got a job, you can change the L visa to Z visa.
