About:China Visa

Do we all (7 senior citizens) have to submit visa applications personally?

or can someone in the group bring/submit these forms to the Cebu Consular Office? We are all from Mindanao planning to visit Beijing, Xian and Shanghai in November 2012.

You may just send a representative to go to the China consulate in Cebu to apply for the visa on your behalf, but the visa application form should be filled and signed by each of the applicants themselves.
