To submit visa application forms on behalf of my boss.

Hello, Im a stenographer of Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence. My boss is Director General of this department. My boss will go to Japan to attend a meeting on Fire Chief's Association, which will be held from June 22. 2012. In the meantime, he, his wife and two children would like to visit China and he has given instruction to me to submit visa application forms. May I submit on behalf of them.
