About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

hong kong work permit visa

hello dear person in charge
i want to work for my relative in hong kong that own a trading company
my first question is , can i recieve work permit and take my family over there?
i have an infant with his mother.
the second question is can i invest in his company after some while?

If you may be admitted into the HKSAR to take up employment as a professional for investment to establish/join in business or for training, then you can take your wife and kid to Hk as dependants. Otherwise, if you will just be permitted to work in Hk as imported works, you will not be able to do so.

If you have enough fund, your conditions meet the relevant requirements, and your relative aggree your invest in his company, then no problem for that.
