Longsheng tour need a lot of hiking?

We will join a one-day-tour there which book from our hostel. Does the tour need a lot of hiking? I wonder if it's suitable for 69 y.o. elderly. Thanks for anyone who reply.

When touring in the terrace, you have to climb some steps. On the other hand, you could stay at a top peak to view the terraces, which requires a little walking.
