About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

because of nasty disputes, my employer has cancelled my Foreign Experts Certificate

and my Foreign Residence Permit; how long can I stay in China? can I apply for a tourist visa?

How do you know your residence permit was cancelled? as I know, it can not be cancelled without passport. Maybe your employer just threat you with it. If it is real, you can also apply for a tourist visa at local PSB. It generally allows one more month stay in China.

I think he just cancelled your foreign expert certificate but not the residence permit for that's in your passport. The foreign expert certificate is the black one and looks like a passsport
