quick visa pick up (possible on tuesday?)

Hello, I am a French citizen. We will arrive in Kathmandu  the 11th of June (Monday) early in the morning. If we proceed immediately to the chinese embassy, what is the earliest, that we can pick up the visa (extreme urgent application)? Is a pick up on Tuesday possible?Could we ask someone else to pick up the visa for us, or do we have to do it personally?Thank you very much.

Yes, you can use the extreme urgent service for visa processing, on the same day you submit your application. But it should be with the approval of the visa officers when you apply with this rush service. Visa and passport can be picked up by others, make sure hand over your receipt that you get when submit your visa application.
