Quick visa pick up (possible on Tuesday?)

Hello, I am a French citizen. We will arrive in Kathmandu the 11th of June (Monday) early in the morning. If we proceed immediately to the chinese embassy, what is the earliest, that we can pick up the visa (extreme urgent application)? Is a pick up on Tuesday possible?
Could we ask someone else to pick up the visa for us, or do we have to do it personally?
