visa for hong kongand mailand China

i am an indian national. Currently I am in hangzhou on F visa with multiple entry.
My wife is with me for one month on one month tourist visa with a single entry.
I wish to know tha can i visit hong kong with my wife and again returned back to hangzhou.

You, with the multiple entry visa, can return back to Hangzhou. But for your wife, she need to apply for a new visa if she want to enter China mainland again.
