About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Married and in China

Hello

I live here in China, my wife is chinese(legal chinese marriage with that red book and everything), and I got a job offer from a brazilian Company.

Question: do I need to go to Brazil to get my work visa, or I can change my visa here inside China? Because according to "how to apply" in this article I need to go to some embassy, and I am already here in China.
How to proceed??

According to visa regulation, you need to apply for a China work visa in your home country. But if you are already in China, you are suggested to get this done in HK through the Office of the Ministry of China Foreign Affairs there, either by yourself or an agent. The processing takes about 4 working days. And you can use rush service if you like.
