About:Beijing Train Schedule

Train No. G13 - High Speed train Beijing to Shanghai

If we wish to catch the 10.00am train do we need to advance book or can we do this at the station on the morning?
What time would we need to be at Beijing South Station to get the tickets on the morning for Business Class?

Hi, if you want to purchase the ticket buy yourselves, you has better buy it 10 days before your departure day once they are released for business class tickets are rare. Or you can also find a booking agency, which will make proper arrangements, to help you. You may arrive in the Beijing South station 2 hrs in advance to take the train.

Thank you Marin. Can you explain about Business Class - are you saying they don't offer many Business Class seats or that the bookings are taken quickly or both?

I mean the normal G train tickets, such as 1st class or 2nd class tickets are always in great demand. For business class, which is the best and of course the most expensive one, is not in great demand, but the ministry of the Railways normally will not offer that much.
