About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

UN peacekeeper in Sudan

Hello my name is Victor, I am from Peru and now I am serving on a United Nations mission in Sudan. I am a Marine Officer and married chinese girl last year. She is now having my kid and I would like to visit her. I could apply visa from Khartoum embassy but it will waste my time during my leave period. So I would like to apply from Korea, cause I always wanted to visit there and buy some presents for my family. I hold a special passport from my country. Is it possible to apply visa from Seoul?

you can not apply for a China visa in Korea, because all foreign visitors to Korea are required to provide ARC (Alien Registration Card) valid for 6 more months if they want to apply China visa there. You can apply from HK if a visit to there is possible. Peru passport holders are not required visa to HK for 30 days.
