About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I want to ask if China visit visa or other visa is still approved now?

I want to ask if visit visa or other visa is still approved now that there is conflict between Philippines and China over scarborough shaol, i am afraid that my visa will be refused or denied?
