I got married to an american year 2000 in Hongkong but we did not know that we have to report our marriage in the Phil.Consulate.Ten 10 days after I got my US visa and left Hongkong. We are getting ready to retire.I am now a USpassport holder..Will the Phil Consulate in Hongkong accept my report of marriage?
