You should apply for a China F visa for this, and the requirements for the visa include your valid Ghana visa, fully filled China visa application form with your true info., invitation letter from the enterprise or company where you will have the training, conformation of invitation from the local foreign affairs office or other government offices if the enterprise or company is non-state owned.
