about health examination

Dear Mr/Ms,
I would be much appreciated if you could answer the following question.
-I have 2 grand-daughters of ages 10 and 15 years old. I am planning to visit my daughter and her husband who live in Spain. I will accompany 2 grand-daughers and return back home alone. They will stay in Spain to live with mom and papa. I am applying for Spain visa now. And I have question. Where must they be examined by doctors /in Mongolia or Beijin/.
